Buiding for the Future Open House

It was inspiring to attend the Open House of the Housing and Transportation Citizen Advisory Board and to learn about the exciting ideas that have been put forward by the Board and ordinary citizens to address the critical challenges we will face in the areas of housing and transportation.

I believe there is no problem the people of Onondaga County can't overcome if they work together!

New York State Fair Breakfast

It was great to start the day on September 1 by attending Comptroller DiNapoli's annual New York State Fair Breakfast at which Mayor Sharon Owens, Assemblyman Magnarelli, Bill Spreter, President of CNY Alliance of Retired Americans, Andrew Lunetta, Executive Director of A Tiny Home for Good, and Georgia Verdier, President of the Elmira/Corning NAACP were honored and recognized.

Friends of Neil Smith Fundraiser

It was great to see so many friends and supporters come out to my fundraiser at the Seneca Brew Pub in Manlius on August 13. By working together, we can make Onondaga County a place where every family can build, grow, and thrive!

Thank you for your support!

Spring in Onondaga County District 12

It’s been a busy season for Onondaga County! Neil was honored to march in the Jamesville Memorial Day Parade with the DeWitt Town Democrats and to attend the wreath laying ceremony. He’s been supporting his fellow candidates in the region, like Ellen Block and John Mannion, and attending fundraisers and events.

Most important, he has been going door to door and listening to the people of Onondaga County. Neil’s been paying attention to what the County Legislature is doing now to keep the power in the hands of the people it represents, and he’s ready to advocate for you on day one.

Neil continues to hear it from everyone: what we need is a representative who works hard to help everyone in the county build, grow, and thrive!

Register to vote online with the New York State Board of Elections, and tell your friends to vote for Neil Smith on November 3, 2026!
