As a successful attorney with over twenty years of experience, Neil has built a reputation for integrity, hard work, and getting results. His deep roots in our community are matched only by his passion to serve and make a difference for every resident.

Neil’s campaign theme, Build Grow Thrive, is about smart growth that makes our communities affordable and prosperous. We must build up opportunities in our towns and villages—so our young people stay, our farms flourish, and our villages thrive. 

Neil’s Platform: Solutions for Manlius, Jamesville, Fabius, Pompey, LaFayette, and Tully   

  • Promoting Affordable Mixed-Use Village Development: Neil will champion new housing and businesses in our villages—making it possible for young people and families to afford homes while protecting our open spaces from sprawl. 

  • Supporting Local Farmers: Neil believes our farms are the heart of Onondaga County. He will fight for farmers’ access to capital and labor so they can prosper and keep local agriculture strong. 

  • Enhancing Rural Transportation: Neil supports the expansion of rural bus service, ensuring everyone—especially non-drivers—can reach jobs, stores, and family. 

Additional Priorities 

  • Cutting Aquarium Funding: Neil will advocate to redirect funds from the aquarium to vital services that benefit all residents. 

  • Fair Taxes from Micron: Neil will fight to ensure Micron pays its fair share in taxes, supporting public services and not just benefitting from them. 

  • Stronger Oversight of Infrastructure Funding: Neil is committed to ensuring greater transparency of infrastructure spending to prepare our communities for Micron’s arrival—so growth benefits us all.
